Lehigh University is seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual for the role of Coordinator S77480 within the College of Engineering & Applied Science department. This full-time, nonexempt staff position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the cutting-edge research and initiatives of the Institute for Cyber Physical Infrastructure and Energy (I-CPIE). In this multifaceted role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the smooth operations of I-CPIE. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including:
* General administrative duties: Provide administrative support to the Institute, including managing correspondence, maintaining files and records, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
* Event and meeting planning: Coordinate and organize various events and meetings, including seminars, workshops, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
* Program support: Assist with the implementation and coordination of various programs and initiatives within the Institute, contributing to their successful delivery.
* Financial activity coordination: Support financial activities, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
* Website maintenance: Contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the Institute's website, ensuring it remains current, informative, and user-friendly.

This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5, offering an approximate salary of $36,090-$43,330 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications. The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community. Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED; Associates or Vocational/Technical Degree preferred
* One to three years work experience
* Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the position
