They handle project values ranging from $500K to $1 million and are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help them continue this trajectory.

Position Overview:
They are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with excellent connections in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results and will play a key role in driving their business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
• Lead the estimation and bidding process for public works projects.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development within the construction industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the construction sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000
