Job Title: Commercial Estimator

Location: Houston, TX

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Estimator with at least 5 years of experience in estimating commercial projects. This role is crucial for our project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with project costs.
- Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
- Provide support during the bidding process, including preparing bid packages and attending pre-bid meetings.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project estimating.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $145,000.
