JOB DESCRIPTION

Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is seeking a full-time Commercial Credit Analyst to service the Associations 18 chartered counties; offices are located in Milton, Jay, Marianna, Tallahassee and Monticello. Responsibilities include: credit administration, financial analysis, monitoring and due diligence on various financial packages and loan originations. Prepare risk rating and decision recommendations for loan committee on loan packages. Assist in developing and administering lending programs and lending operating procedures. Experience with agricultural loans a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Ag Business, Ag Economics or a related field. Five (5) or more years of experience in the administration and analysis of complex credits for commercial and/or commercial real estate loans including experience in structuring and evaluating complex credit relationships, including direct loans and loan participations.

The salary range for the position is $66,700 - $82,400 and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package. Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00.
