Duration: 6 months and possible extension Pay Rate: 18 to 19/hr. on W2
Anticipated Start Date: Asap
The Legal and Regulatory Change Coordinator (LRCC) is a key stakeholder in the Chief Administrative Office's Business Practices Team. Responsibilities include:
- Process daily regulatory change activates and tasks as assigned in and efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
- Process system access requests
- Assist with automation of current manual processes
- Maintain contact database and email distributions
- Review and resolve reporting exceptions
- Communicate with Relationship Managers and Business owner(s) to drive timely completions of change management tasks and escalating, as needed.
- Pater with team lead to execute usability testing for existing systems
- Assist team leads with other ad-hoc requests as needed
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Functioning knowledge of Microsoft Project, Alteryx Solutions, and SharePoint a plus
