Beacon Hill is currently seeking a Claims Manager for its Maryland Heights location. As the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire claims process, from the moment a claim is filed to its resolution. You will lead a team of claims adjusters and support staff, ensuring that the claims process is smooth, efficient, and customer focused.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of claims adjusters and support staff to ensure the claims process is smooth, efficient, and customer focused.
- Serve as Warranty Claims subject matter expert. Educate team members and customers on product and process as well as answer questions for internal and external customers.
- Develop and manage policies and procedures to streamline the claims process.
- Establish Audit Criteria and conduct file audits to ensure compliance with fair claims practices, warranty and contract provisions and established protocols.
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty Adjuster's license with the ability to complete required course of study, and pass examinations necessary to obtain and maintain a qualifying reciprocal adjuster's license.
- 10 + years of Claims Adjusting experience.
- 5 + years of leading a team of adjusters
