Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) organizes, plans and directs the major and complex programs within the Office of Human Resources and is responsible for the overall provision of human resources services, policies and programs for the University's multiple campus locations. Policies, practices and actions developed affect university-wide programs. The CHRO also participates in the development of university and/or division-wide policies. This position requires travel and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
