The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader in academic pediatrics of considerable scientific stature. The Chair should have experience in a comparably large and complex academic medical center in order to quickly grasp the scale of CHOP's clinical and research programs. They will bring an outstanding track record of success working effectively with institutional leadership to implement ambitious clinical and research agendas. The Chair must be able to establish credibility among faculty at CHOP and across the Perelman School of Medicine.
