Job Title: Business Support Analyst

Location: Moorpark, CA 93021

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In-office)

Pay: $25/hour

Job Summary:

The Business Support Analyst plays a key role in managing a wide range of departmental operations and administrative functions, including staff management, event coordination, special projects, and strategic planning initiatives. This position also involves conducting data analysis, ensuring compliance, and providing operational efficiency reporting. The Business Support Analyst will provide comprehensive administrative support to the division head and senior leadership, facilitating the execution of strategic planning and key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, produce, and report on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Create and deliver regular compliance reports to ensure the division meets established targets and objectives.
  • Source, coordinate, and manage off-site events and special projects, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Act as a primary liaison for internal and external clients, supporting complex projects and presentations.
  • Provide broad administrative support to executive leadership, including managing meetings, travel, expense reports, mail, space planning, and coordinating office moves.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Demonstrate behaviors that align with the organization's values, culture, and strategic goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in business support or administrative roles.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Human Resources and administrative functions preferred.
  • Prior experience in financial services or the mortgage industry is a plus.
