Role Overview:
We are seeking a data management professional to support our Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division. The ideal candidate will excel in data validation, data reconciliation, and managing data from various sources. Experience with AI is a plus but not required. The role involves providing updates to senior leadership and presenting effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business, technology, and CIB data management leaders to execute data management deliverables
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data policies and procedures
- Resolve data quality defects and issues
- Implement data control remediation plans
- Establish and monitor data quality controls for key business elements
- Support regulatory remediation activities and mitigate data management risks
- Monitor key data management risk metrics
- Identify and escalate emerging data management risks
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of enterprise data domains and environments, including data sourcing, conformance, and distribution
- Extensive understanding of data governance compliance
- Proficiency in data movement and quality controls
- Strong business analyst skills, including technical, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and research abilities
- Experience in technology delivery or change management and associated risks
