Responsible for supporting Network and Value Based program related enterprise functions, including process development and management, business management functions (finance, vendor, resource, scorecards, portfolio, cost of care, compliance & reporting), market support, client inquiry support, communications, training and requirement development.

Acts as a lead in organizing and directing Network functions pertaining to LLG business to implement new network products, programs or enhancements to existing network products\programs to optimize network performance and improve overall trends across for commercial business, and support efforts to increase business performance. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Serves as a subject matter expert on Network\Value-Based solutions\products. Support new program/initiative vetting to identify impacts for new programs as well as existing program changes on commercial clients.

Supports self-funded client contracting inquiries and resolves issues. Develops and manages internal and external communications and associated legal and regulatory approvals.

Collaborates with other business partners/areas to guide and support network solution development and related activities on new network products/services.

May participate in LLG client finalist presentations pertaining to regional network strategic positioning with respect to cost, quality and access.

Reports project status and progress to VP segment business and other management. Acts as a liaison to other BUs/companies as it relates to regionally assigned markets in regard to network products and value-based care support.

Requires a BS/BA degree in health administration, business administration or related field and a minimum of 8 years of national account and/or health care management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MHA or MBA degree strongly preferred. Experience in business/product/network development and/or marketing preferred.
