Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented business analyst to join our team and manage the Quarterly strategic planning process. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining the weekly promo / marketing calendar, conducting promo analysis, and managing processes, and communicating effectively with various functional teams to provide support.
Top 3 Skill Sets
• Very strong business analytical skills, business acumen, financial process management know-how required. Strong understanding of carrier business, including cost of acquisition and retention preferred.
• Strong ability to aggregate and consolidate from disparate data sources not readily available or stored, and create channel-level financial models and profitability analysis to drive critical business decisions and investments • Excellent proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data visualization, etc.) and PowerPoint, with ability to translate financial models into strategic/executive communications
- 5+ years of work experience in financial, business analytics, and project management preferred
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of work experience in financial, business analytics, and project management preferred • Very strong business analytical skills, financial acumen, budget management know-how required • A proven self-starter, he/she must be a highly motivated individual with a strong ability to aggregate and consolidate from disparate data sources not readily available or stored.
• Outstanding proficiency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data visualization, etc.) and PowerPoint, with ability to translate financial models into strategic/executive communications / Tableau is a plus
