Ledgent Accounting has an immediate opening for a Bookkeeper in Nashua, NH. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recent experience and will be knowledgeable in QuickBooks.

Role: Bookkeeper (Temp-Hire)

Location: Nashua, NH (On-Site)

Pay: $26-$28/hour

Responsibilities:

* Weekly check runs

* Work with vendors on problem resolution

* Reconcile credit card and petty cash accounts

* 3-way matching A/P invoicing with receivers

* Entering A/P invoicing into ERP system

* Accounts Receivable

* Reviewing invoices to match to checks

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years relevant experience

* QuickBooks experience a must (Online version preferred)

* Intermediate Microsoft Excel

* Accurate Data Entry Skills

* Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
