Our recruiting firm is partnering with an aviation company headquartered in Boca Raton, to find them a Full-charge Bookkeeper. This is a well-established company that is poised to continue growing.

The ideal pay range is between $65k-$75k. Additionally the organization offers a full benefits package and a casual, fun corporate culture.

Job Summary

• Supervise two staff members handling AP/AR functions
• Reconciling invoices and credit card transactions
• Posting journal entries
• Creating full financials for review by outside CPA firm to support month-end
• 3-way-matching invoices with purchase orders
• Approving payments via electronic transfers
• Sending and accepting customer statements
• Managing subscriptions, business licenses and sales tax

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Bookkeeper position
• Knowledge of QuickBooks (Online preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience
• College degree is preferred, but not required
• 100% onsite position in Boca Raton
• Comfortable with a background and drug screening
