Job Overview
The HR Generalist (Bilingual - Spanish) supports various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, advanced HRIS and payroll system skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and background checks.
- Provide orientation, benefits enrollment, and training in English and Spanish.
Employee Relations
- Address HR-related questions, conflicts, and concerns.
- Advise on policies, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Performance Management
- Support goal setting, feedback, and appraisal processes.
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records.
- Update HR policies and conduct investigations as needed.
HR Administration & Systems
- Utilize HRIS and payroll systems for accurate data and reporting.
- Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits administration.
Benefits Administration
- Support benefits enrollment and manage employee inquiries.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred.

Experience: 2+ years in HR; bilingual experience ideal.

Skills:
- Advanced in HRIS, payroll, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Benefits experience a plus.

This is a temporary position, with a targeted pay of $24-$30/hr DOE.
