Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the initial point of contact for the clients health's members and providers. In this role, you will assist members and providers with inquiries related to the Medi-Cal programs for Orange County. Your responsibilities include resolving member inquiries and complaints effectively, providing information on eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and services, and maintaining a focus on customer service, consistency, and accountability.
