RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Automation Engineer III with Financial Payments experience in San Antonio, TX. The work is primarily remote, and candidates must reside in Texas.Summary:As an Automation Engineer III, you are our quality control, ensuring every application is stable and built with integrity, caring and excellence. You will play an important role in the design, creation, and testing of applications to ensure the quality and stability in every system. You will use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure that the applications are performing optimally and meet our high standards. This candidate is not afraid to ask the question why and thrive in a collaborative environment.Duties:- Automation Engineer III will oversee, design, review, build, and deploy test automation solutions and framework for the most complex, interrelated systems to ensure the quality and stability of software applications
- Lead the troubleshooting and triage of the most complex escalated system issues with project teams to identify the root causes, resolve issues, and implement process improvements
- Guide and mentor other Test Automation Engineers to ensure that their test automation solutions and scripts align with automation framework and industry standards
- As a Automation Engineer III, you will collaborate with product management, project management, development teams, and business stakeholders to develop project, product, and testing objectives
- Write and execute functional test cases as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of test automation experience
- Technical development experience with multiple programming or scripting languages while using Selenium as framework
- Experience with test automation frameworks and design patterns
- Experience with a distributed version-control management system like GIT
- Demonstrated experience in developing functional, load, and batch test automation solutions
- Expertise with Java and SQL queries
- Expertise in independently identifying technical issues including misconfigurations and defects in code
- Expert knowledge of the role of Test Automation and Software Quality Assurance in the development process
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Experience using automated testing tools like Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, JMeter, SoapUI
- Prior experience in the Commercial Lending domain
- Knowledge of DevOps including Jenkins, Maven, etc.
- Knowledge of Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Security and Accessibility Testing)
- Familiar with advance type of Automation, API automation, BDD, and applying AIML in testing, with some knowledge in Python
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
