Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
Teaching responsibilities may include high quality teaching of CHOP fellows and residents as well as medical students from the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania.
Clinical responsibilities may include inpatient and outpatient endocrinology services. This position will be based primarily at CHOP Lancaster and Exton satellite offices.
At least 3-5 years of prior experience as faculty at other academic institutions in pediatric Endocrinology is required. Candidates must demonstrate excellence in teaching with institutional awards, completion of a graduate program or professional certificate program, or significant institutional leadership roles.
