General Summary:

The Associate, Funder is responsible for reviewing, booking and funding retail and lease contracts from Hyundai, Kia and Genesis dealerships in accordance with department policies and procedures. This position requires flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, changing rules, regulations and policies, and as such, must be able to process and retain information quickly. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review and validate retail and lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with HCA policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations and state/federal laws and regulations.

2. Handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve held offerings during peak hours as needed.

3. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance.

4. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Auto finance background preferred

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• College degree preferred

Physical Requirements and Working Condition:

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment. Must be flexible to adapt to any required schedule, including weekends and holidays. Overtime is required in this position.
