As a Assistant Manager you will:
- Answer phones and take orders both in person and over the phone.
- Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and orders.
- Email and text photos to customers and sales staff.
- Monitor the availability of stock items and maintain inventory knowledge.
- Prepare pull lists for the field crew and label orders.
- Organize incoming shipments and ensure proper labeling of plants in the field.
- Input new accounts into QuickBooks and manage the newsletter.
- Organize orders, check off order fulfillments, and contact customers when their orders are ready.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and assist with hiring new employees.
- Maintain paperwork organization and submit monthly mileage reports for the lease truck company.
- Keep the office and surrounding area clean and organized.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the Roomba is clean and functioning.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of greenery inventory and labeling is a plus.
This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.
Pay Rate: $20-25/hr
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- MS Office Suite including Excel
- QuickBooks
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
