Role: Agile and Product Consultant
Compensation: $97,000-140,000 base salary + annual discretionary bonus
Location: Denver Metro Area
*Please note: This role is not eligiblefor 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Denver Metro Area and willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Denver office up to 5 days a week.

Who You Are
Slalom Denver is seeking an experienced Product Consultant to join our growing Delivery Leadership capability team. In joining our team of product specialists, you'll waste no time applying your proven skills and experience to help client teams design, build and deliver amazing products. Typical engagements include working with client product teams in best practices across the product delivery lifecycle from strategy, design, feature definition, backlog management, development, testing, release planning and change management.
What You'll Do
- Understand business requirements by conducting customer interviews, analyzing user data, workshopping with business stakeholders, and/or working with their Product Managers to meet the product roadmap goals/strategy
- Works with business leads, operations and customer to identify and defines requirements, epics features, user stories and acceptance criteria to meet customer needs
- Actively lead Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Collaborating with product management, UI/UX design experience, technology leaders, and business stakeholders on product vision, research, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Create and actively prioritize the backlog to maximize business value
- Support UAT, release planning timing, coordination, change impact assessment, communication (e.g. release notes) and training as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Agile software development as a Product Owner, Agile Coach, or Product Manager
- Experience in all phases of product, software, and testing lifecycles
- Understands user personas, feature definition, A/B testing, backlog management, and how to draw insights from business data.
- Skilled at defining and documenting business functional and technical user stories and feature backlog for ongoing product enhancements. Strong knowledge in software delivery: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $97,000 to $140,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
