Job Title: Aesthetics In-Market Clinical Education and Training Manager

Job Location: Remote, US

Position Summary

The Aesthetics In-Market Clinical Education and Training Manager will oversee educational activities, manage training programs, and ensuring quality control of a platform that ranges from small individual provider clinics to large scale corporate accounts to drive high levels of product adoption of the Galderma injectable portfolio. Additionally, the role will drive implementation of training and educational content and will oversee and build a 400+ HCP trainer bureau, including the nomination, contracting, onboarding, and utilization of trainers.

Essential Functions

• Oversee and manage educational and training programs, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and effectiveness.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, manuals, and guidebooks to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.

• Collaborate with medical affairs teams and creative agencies to create engaging and impactful training and education content specifically for in-office peer to peer trainings.

• Build and manage a trainer bureau, including the nomination, contracting, onboarding, and utilization of trainers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trainers and key thought leaders, ensuring they are effectively prepared and supported in their roles.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making continuous improvements as needed.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on training initiatives.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources including the support of independent training programs to ensure successful execution of training programs.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of educational content.

Minimum Education, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, required
  • Clinical background with relevant educational experience (e.g., RN, PA, NP, PharmD, or other clinically trained professional) preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, clinical practice/medical space education required, preferably in the aesthetics space
  • Previous Key Thought Leader engagement experience preferred
  • This candidate would also have experience creating training and educational content and is skilled in managing a 400+ trainer bureau, including the nomination, contracting, onboarding, and utilization of trainers.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at same time.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbally with excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to speak effectively on telephone and in person to customers, vendors, agencies and employees of other departments.
  • Proven operational and executional skills with strong project management capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex customer relationships
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry's compliance and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
