Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams and collaborate effectively with team members to strategize and implement Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics solutions
• Provide and evangelize best-in-class documentation and enablement, conducting highly customized, hands-on training sessions
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the fundamental importance of clean data to empower successful digital marketing initiatives, in support of larger business objectives
• Ensure client expectations are met and results are delivered, articulating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Exemplify excellent consulting skills, diplomacy, and effective messaging, mentoring team members in the same vein
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to overcome technical and business challenges

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Tags (formerly called Adobe Launch)
• 1+ years of experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certifications are a plus
• Exposure to Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Target is an added advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
