SummaryThis highly visible support position is responsible for greeting visitors and guests to the TUMG. This position answers and directs incoming calls, receives and routes incoming and outgoing mail and packages, assists with department mail outs, projects, presentations, and events, as needed. Under the direct supervision of the Executive Assistant for the TUMG the Administrative Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Assistant as well as back up the Executive Assistant during absence. This position will also provide administrative support to the TUMG Directors, schedule meetings, filing, maintain conference rooms reservation calendar, process invoices in Sciquest, requests checks in Concur, transmit faxes, and process interdepartmental orders (IT).
