The Administrative Assistant ($20-$22 hourly) position is designed to provide comprehensive support to Case Coordinators and Operations Managers, ensuring the smooth handling of data management, client records, document preparation, and transcription tasks. Below is a summary of the key details:
Position Overview
Primary Responsibilities:

Data Management:
- Run conflict-of-interest checks and update case records in Expert Case.
- Enter time logs in CMS and process expense reports in Expense Point.
- Maintain and update consultant CVs and testifying histories.

Document Preparation:
- Transcribe VI and SI notes.
- Draft case acceptance letters, report shells, and deposition erratas.

Administrative Support:
- Serve as a receptionist on a rotational basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and training standards.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in data entry, typing, and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook). Typing minimum of 40 wpm
- Familiarity with the legal industry, specifically personal injury or medical malpractice, is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of college education.
- High School Diploma required
