As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various departments to keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels in customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the food industry or kitchen admin support is a plus. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and maintain accurate weekly reports for the production team.
Schedule and organize appointments and meetings effectively.
Organize and manage documents for easy access and record-keeping.
Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting clients in-person and over the phone.
Use Microsoft Office for document creation, data entry, and record maintenance.
Handle additional administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing office supplies, and coordinating events.
Assist with team project management to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Strong customer service abilities and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Strong time management skills for balancing multiple responsibilities.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with a team.
