SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Compliance Manager, responsible for entering various types of data into the computer systems of the processing of SOP's as well as ensuring the accuracy of data entered into department databases.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1. Process all incoming SOPs with high degree of accuracy within timeframes established by management.
2. Following up clients to ensure the SOP was received as well as documenting all attempts to ensure the SOP is received.
3. Process forward correspondence with high degree of accuracy within timeframes established by management.
4. Set up and Maintain (updates/changes) entity records
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
2. Computer literate with the ability to learn specialized software applications.
3. Ability to process high volumes of paperwork efficiently and effectively.
4. Ability to work with confidential information without disclosure.
5. Familiarity and experience with general office equipment.
6. Ability to type 45 WPM efficiently
