Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk (Bilingual - Spanish)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with processing invoices, managing payments, and ensuring smooth financial operations. A key aspect of this role involves communication with various vendors and internal teams, some of whom may speak Spanish, so bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to clarify billing or payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Assist with general accounting tasks as needed.
• Support team members in other financial tasks on an ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
