If you aspire to become a world class product manager, then join us as a Product intern at Sam's Club. You will have an opportunity to train and work with a cross-functional experience team consisting of Product, Business Strategy, Tech, UX, Engineering and Data Scientists. You will partner in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and help solve complex business problems on a large scale. If you like to innovate and build things, then the Sam's Club Product team is the place for you.

During the 11-week internship, students will:

• Gain an understanding of the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of our business
  

• Become aware of associate needs and participate in discussions to address identified gaps
  

• Manage key milestones and deliverables related to their assigned internship project
  

• Take initiative, remain bold in their ideas, and actively participate in all discussions
  

• Conduct internal and external research/benchmarking as appropriate
  

• Partner with other associates across teams/functions to identify solutions and present recommendations
  

• Build their network of professionals across the enterprise and receive direct exposure to several leaders
  

• Receive support and guidance from a host of individuals including mentors and a dedicated Program Manager

Desired Majors: Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program currently
  

• Expected graduation date between December 2025 - August 2026
  

• 0-1 years of full-time relevant product experience (excludes internship and research-based roles)

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
