Join the Everest 2025 Summer Internship Program! This is an exciting opportunity to receive exposure to the world of Property & Casualty Reinsurance and Insurance through dynamic training, firsthand business experience, and networking with the industry's leading experts and experienced professionals. Throughout the Program, you can expect to build upon the academic foundations you have established at school and apply your learning to real world scenarios.

The Program will run for 10 weeks: June 2 - August 8, 2025

Your Impact & Opportunity

  • As an Intern, you will be placed in one of our dynamic lines of business within Insurance or Reinsurance
  • You will support our casualty and property teams in the day-to-day underwriting process as well as meet with brokers as part of the overall internship
  • Assist in the pre-qualification of deals and providing summary to underwriting team to help with submission flow

  • Assist in classifying allsubmissions received, quoted, declined etc. from our trackerfor reporting and data analytics

  • Shadow underwriters - Information gathering and exposure analysis

  • Monitor rate change reports and similar account tracking reports

  • Participate in leader led events, collaborate on cross-functional group projects, and engage in growth developmental activities

What You Bring: Experience & Qualifications

  • You are a junior pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college/university

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and collaboration skills

  • Leadership or involvement in extracurricular activities, campus clubs/organizations, your community, etc.

  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities

For CA Only: The salary range for this position is $800 - $1,000 per week. This position is eligible for overtime and paid time off. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
